2012 M-Class Changes
The Mercedes-Benz M-Class SUV has been completely redesigned for 2012. Although the new version has about the same overall size and proportions as last year's model, it has revamped powertrains, including all-new V6 engines, that are smoother, strong and more efficient. The new M-Class also comes with expanded active and passive safety features, all-new electromechanical steering; a new active damping system, a more finely detailed interior and improved isolation of noise and vibration.Also joining the lineup later in the model year is an all-new version of the ML63 AMG high-performance version.
