Abel Motors

Rated 1 out of 5 Let me start by saying that I have had the worst car experience with Abel Motors, Inc. First off, EVERY TIME I call Abel Motors to speak with Hector (the owner), he is almost never available: "He just stepped out the office," "He's busy right now," or "He's not here." To add to that, Hector never returns calls, no matter how many times you call! I'm livid with the customer service Abel Motors gives. Not only is the customer service horrible, but they sold me a terrible car (keep in mind Hector stated whatever was wrong with the car he would take care of and I have two witnesses that heard him say it). My windows would not roll up without great force, my thermometer runs up and down constantly, my lock system needs new motors, and not to mention after getting it serviced by his mechanics is squeaks when I turn and when I drive over road humps (it did not do this initially). I informed Hector of these problems and he did fix a few of the problems but told me I would have to pay for water pump if it was damaged. Mean to tell you, I have been driving this car for less than a month and only put about 1k miles on it. To add to this, my car that I purchased from Hector will not start AND my key is stuck in the ignition AS OF RIGHT NOW. I attempted to contact him about the situation but I got the usual "He just stepped out." and I called twice and got the same response. Ridiculous. As you can see this will not be a good look for future business with Abel Motors. I suggest you do your business elsewhere because if you are expecting great service as they supposedly have, you probably will not get it.
